Bondi Sands is about sand, sea and sun and the Australian lifestyle that comes with it. As one of the fastest growing Australian FMCG brands of the past 10 years, Bondi Sands established itself to be in position of truly owning the Sun globally and as a result was acquired by KAO Japan in 2023 for 450M. With such a fast paced path to success, Bondi Sands needed to also refine, elevate and establish it’s master brand assets with a vision to grow globally from a uniquely Australian position.
R&R was tasked with developing the brand positioning and strategy for Bondi Sands to ensure it could not only future proof its product offering locally but also globally. This on-going advisory and creative brand development relationship with Bondi Sands allows for the team to move efficiently and agile while having an outside source of expertise to ensure that all departments of the brand are speaking the same language and doing so in the simplest forms possible, just as any consumer interacting with the brand in any market.
